Morning sickness & Digestion

Hi

I am 18 wks with DC3 and still getting morning sickness. Had it to this time with DS1 and to 6 months with DD1, so I'm pretty used to it. Most of the time it's a sick nauseous head and i never vomit. Its manageable and whilst it's an a-grade downer, it's never stopped me functioning and I eat normally (albeit with more carbs than normal Grin), so I haven't taken any morning sickness medication.

The one thing that's been really different this pregnancy and seems linked with the morning sickness is the digestion. Some days I start with the sick heads, but its builds to a pressure headache (kind of like the pressure you feel when driving up a mountain), then over the day, it will also move to my chest (so I burp a lot of release pressure), then eventually a lot of lower body pressure (awful farts and hopefully a no.2...sorry TMI!!). This morning my ears are popping like I'm heading down a mountain!

Can anyone suggest anything that might improve it or what causes it?? I had a lot of reflux in the early weeks and used the over the counter acid relief, but this is more overall pressure. I can handle the sick heads but the pressure days are really miserable and my "it will pass attitude" is failing.

Any advice welcome.

Thank you!

Its sooo weird
