Is this a prolapse?

I've pregnant with baby number 3, previously had 2 big babies, with 2 quick vaginal deliveries. I'm also really fat and my pelvic floor is shit.

I'm 27 weeks pregnant and in pain down below, it's hard to explain but on the front of my vulva (never use that in real life but for the purposes of explaining where I mean, I will now). At first it felt like my muscles were splitting in half, now it feels like a bulge in one side when I walk, bend down, getting out the bath etc. I've just taken paracetamol after it hurt when I just did a wee. It feels like an aching pain.

I'm genuinely terrified its a prolapse and not sure what I should be doing really. I don't want to move because I'm scared I will make it worse. Has anyone experienced this before?

You need to ring community midwife and request a check up. No one on here can properly diagnose you momma. Sending my love and sympathy

Tea and sympathy here. And a repeat diagnosis of you need a check up. Brew

Ah thank you. I guess what I was expecting to hear Sad I don't even have a community midwife, I've only been seen twice at the hospital I'm due to give birth in at 10 and 16 weeks. I have an appointment next week at the hospital again I think

After I gave birth I had what I can only describe as a feeling that all my insides were falling out. Confused I mentioned it and midwife said it was totally normal. I know this isn't the same but that righted itself. Hope you get sorted. Maybe ask about pelvic floor exercises and if that will help.

Thanks. I definitely remember a horrible feeling when full term with my last 2 but this feels different and earlier.

It doesn't feel as bad today after I've basically put myself on bed rest and left DH with the older 2.

Could it be varicose veins? I'm sure there is a name for this, when you get them in your vulva during pregnancy. I had them, really painful, and such pressure.

Hmm will have a google, I haven't noticed anything like that not that I can see much
