Anyone else got bad gas sort of like a stabbing pain at 4 weeks pregnant?

Yeah! Had it on and off from about 6 weeks until now (14 weeks) particularly bad at night, rennie deflatine is good for it and if you google there’s some foods that you can avoid if chronic and I find if I’m on my front with my arms and legs folded underneath me it helps (again you can google positions to ease) it’s super common and has can be crazy painful so I really feel for you!

Thank you so much! And yeah majorly uncomfortable! Keep feeling I'm going to come on my period!

Honestly I had a mini panic attack when it first started cause it was so crazy painful! But it does ease off once your hormones die down and placenta takes over about week 11 (still get a bit but nothing near as much)

I heard peppermint capsules/peppermint tea can be really good for this, sort of moving the gas along so it doesn’t get trapped and become painful. Although it’s painful I believe it’s quite normal, I had it and doctors didn’t seem concerned. Hope you’re okay though as it is painful.
