This is my craving. Not for coke, or lemonade or anything like that but for San Pellegrino sparkling water.
I'm drinking around a litre a day (I'm 19+5 btw)
Just wondering if it's v bad for me?
TIA

water is alot better than coke etc. it just might give you wind. i have to admit i probably drink too much diet coke (im 33weeks) but its just my thing. i waver between healthy cravings and bad cravings (mcdonalds, kfc, cake and chocolate etc) but i think all in moderation.

water is really good for you!!! you're supposed to drink loads, expecially when pg.

the bubbles won't do any harm , except as vnmum said you may possibly get wind

i drink 2 litres a day, sometimes more (drank lots of water before i got pg too)

so don't worry, as cravings go its positively virtuous!
