Positive tests?

I just did 2 PTs and they both have faint positive lines. My period isn't due until the 17th/18th. We DDD around when I was ovulating (12 days ago)

Does this mean I'm pregnant? If so should I go to my GP? Does a super early positive mean anything?

If you have positives then yes, you're pregnant providing they were within the time frame.

I'd wait until your missed period date at least and then contact them. They'll get you to contact the midwife or self refer online, depends how your area does it.and then you'll hear back when you're around 9 weeks

Early positives don't mean much more than any other positive. I would retest in a few days, the lines should be stronger then. If they are either contact GP or do self referral to midwife team via hospital website.

I self referred at 6wk, had booking apps at 8wk (bloods) & 9wk (phone app for history). I got faint positives almost a week before af due, string positives just after af due. I have fraternal twins so higher chance of them again but dating scan they only found one measuring 4 days larger than lmp would put it so must have ovulated slightly earlier.

Not in my experience. I got my positive at 8dpo this time, and I’m certain of dates as I temp and do opk’s. But there’s definitely only one! An early positive can just mean higher levels of hcg, but doesn’t necessarily mean twins.

Sometimes but not always.

I didn't test early with my twins as they were unexpected, I had a copper coil fitted less than a year before conception.
