So I had sex with this guy a 9 days before my period (we had sex on the 29th of June) had slight bleeding that month and then the next 2 months later I got really bad nausea, headaches and slept on and off for about 3/4 days every time I ate I felt sick, and the sickness has happen a few more times but tests have come back negative? I would be 34 weeks pregnant now, and I something in my mind knows something is wrong, my belly is rock hard (extremely bloated) I'm a plus size girl so it's hard but my jeans don't fit anymore haven't lost weight or put any on, my boobs are veiny (never used to be) and nipples get sore but not got any darker? I have a sharp pain up my vagina every now and again and it makes me either need to stand up or go on my knees? And one night it kept waking me up it lasted for about an hour on and off? This has lasted for 2 weeks? And every now and again I get a dull back ache which the after kept me up most of the night, and some reason now when I lay on my belly I feel like something is in the way, I haven't done any research but haven't taken about 6 pregnancy over the course of the 8 months and nothing? My friend said this is just like her third trimester? What shall I do? I feel like an idiot going to the doctors? X Thankyou!

I think you should book a doctor's appointment. It is unlikely you are pregnant, given the negative test results, but something else could be going on.

katiemumma20 · 13/02/2021 20:15

Have you had periods during that time?

I've been getting periods but not the same? Lasting 3/4 days and not as heavy either!! Where as before all this it was heavy for 7 days.

I would also really recommend going to the doctors - that's the only way to find out what's going on. They really, really won't judge, and more than likely have seen someone with something similar before - they got into this job to help people, and I'm sure they'd only want to help you, and won't think you're an idiot at all. If something odd or different is going on, then that is definitely the time to call the doctor. Wishing you all the best OP, hope it all goes OK for you x

Definitely go to the doctor this week. I have a friend who had a very similar situation except she knew her body and was certain that she was pregnant even though the tests were always negative. They were negative because she was plus sized and her hormones were a little out of whack. The dr only took her seriously in the last month before the baby’s birth because they could feel the baby. Her tests were still negative. She now has a healthy toddler.
Maybe you are not pregnant, in which case you need the hard lump in your belly checked out and the symptoms you’ve been experiencing. So please do go to the doctor.
Good luck op Flowers
