Constant sharp stabbing pain lower right side

I’m 29+1 weeks with my 3rd. I’ve experienced round ligament pain before and I don’t think this is it.

It’s like a constant sharp stabbing pain, very lower right side. I’ve had it for an hour now. The pain is pretty high, I’ve taken two co-codamol, it’s not worked yet.

Has anyone had similar? Will anything help to ease it? Thanks

I have pretty similar and put it down to constipation!! Do you think it could be this in your case? X

Could it be trapped wind? I am 29 weeks and get this a lot in exactly the same place - a roll on the exercise ball usually clears the problem...oh the joys!
