I'm 25 weeks pregnant and I've not slept through (up every hour) for over 4 weeks now - Each night is getting worse - nothing I do seems to help - go to bed later, earlier, more pillows, less pillows, hot drink etc....

arrghhhhhhh I'm sat at work and want to cry I can't carry on for another 15 weeks like this.

I don't have trouble falling asleep but it's the up and down and the aching pain in my hips, legs etc I have when I wake up each time.

Any advice?

Hi, I had the ache in my hips really badly, i'd be swapping sides seemed like all the time!

Then it was the constant peeing and at the time my loo was downstairs so such a pain in the farse.

No advise really apart from the pillows between the legs and sounds like you are doing that anyway.

Just dont expect it to get better and maybe it will?

yes - go see an osteopath asap! I had terrible aches etc and every now and then my hip would 'pop' - well it felt like it...! My gynae suggested I should see an osteo - I was v sceptical (even through the actual appt as I had no idea what he was doing) but I had absolute relief in 2 days. He even told me he knew the sex of the baby.... (didn't tell me tho) and wrote it in my notes and he was right (50:50 guess tho!)I had an appt every mth after that and yes, I was achy at the end but not nearly as bad as I imagined I could have been!
