Dates and measurements

Hey,
I found out I was pregnant on the 25th of January, the lines was so clear and show up straight away. I also did a clear blue one and the first one said 1-2 weeks and 2 days later it said 3+ weeks.
I had my early scan on the 10th of February and the baby was measuring at 4mm weeks. They said I'm about 5 weeks and 5 days. My periods are irregular so is hard to tell actual dates. But surely I would be further gone Then 5 weeks and 5 days? Because I found out i was pregnant just over 2 weeks ago before the scan🤔

It is common for there to be a week either side sometimes.
Down to ovulating early/late.
The clear blue aren't always accurate date wise either as that's just a guess.

But just going by the fact you found out you were pregnant on the 25th, regarding what the clear blue said, it is possible for you to be almost 6 weeks

Those clear blue thingies go by amount of HCG, and can cause more worry than they are worth!

If I recall right someone on here said a 3+ is around 2.7k HCG, which is pretty consistent with what you've seen on the scan.

It's so hard to be 100% accurate when everything is so small also.

I was dated as 6+2 at a scan a few weeks ago and the baby was measuring 2.9mm but he took the measurement from the size of the gestational sac as the baby was so small.
