Can anyone recommend a good pregnancy yoga video?

I used 'Simple Yoga for Pregnancy'. Pretty much as it says on the box! Very straightforward, not too 'New Age' and I'm sure helped me with some of the niggly aches and pains.

You can get it on Amazon but might get lucky with Ebay too.

had a little look on amazon and theres loads on dvd, and 6 on video. dont recognise the one i used, but there are reviews on there that may help you decide.

There are 3 women on the dvd, and each show different pose for relevant trimester xx
