Scan at 11+0 weeks?

Just had my dating scan appointment letter through and realised I'll be 11+0 on the day (same LMP date given on referral, I'm certain).

Will they be able to do all the measurements at that gestation? I'm being a bit greedy in assuming not and that I'll have to go back for another scan 🙂 I'm sure they'll be able to do the basic checks and get a due date too but it's the neck measurement I thought needed to be slightly further along to do?

That'll be your 12 week scan, you won't get another until 20 weeks. NHS offer a dating scan anywhere between 8-14 weeks

I think it’s between 10-14 weeks they can do the NT screening, so it should be fine.

I was 11 weeks in end ( thought I was 11 plus 6) and was too small so they did nuchal at 13 weeks .

I had my first scan at what I thought was 11+4. Baby measured 10+5 but was pretty curled up. Sonography for me jumping round to wake up baby to move, but was fast asleep! They asked me to come back 10 days later so was lucky enough to get 2 scans 🥰 on the second visit, baby measured bang on what I thought I should be, so either had a spurt, or was just really curdle you the first time.

Sorry I should have said this is child number two so I'm aware of the normal appointment schedule 🙂 which is why I was a bit surprised to be just 11 weeks as thought nearer 12 was needed for the nuchal (forgot the name, thanks @honeydukesmum).

Will have to see if s/he is big enough on the day I guess!

If baby is 45-84mm CRL (11-14wk) they can do the NT test.

My dates were moved forward 4 days from lmp at my dating scan.

I went for mine and she said I was a little early to get what she needed so asked me to return 2 weeks later at 13 weeks for a second go. Little bugger still didn't let them see everything they needed to see easily!!
