I was induced 2 weeks early with my first pregnancy because my placenta had stopped working. Things are looking ok so far this time so I'm curious what other people's second experiences were after being induced early first time around?

@kensue19 hiya and congrats. OMG on both my pregnancies I've been induced. Hate all the hands probing and searching lol. Positive I'm already in a hospital bed Grin
First inducement had my water break and started my contraction. 2nd didnt work at all. They wanted to try again but I said no. It was just long and tiresome. I ended up having a c section due to the baby's breach position from the induction and her size. How was your first experience? Also hated that thing that stick inside lol. What us women go through Hmm

Thanks for your response! Oh wow, crazy you were induced twice, although there's part of me that wonders whether I will be again this time too. I was lucky with first experience- I reacted very strong to pessary so labour was about 4 hours and baby out after about 3 pushes. Was very painful but over fast. Obviously I'm hoping for another fast labour but as that was brought on by the strong reaction I just have no idea what might happen this time.

I was induced at 38+6 with DS1, it was horrific, 24 hour labour which ended up in theatre.

DS2 came naturally at 40wks exactly in less than 2 hours! I had all these plans for snacks and things I was gonna do to pass the time.. didnt need any of it lol! Goodluck xx
