Hi all this is the first month ttc since coming of the pill, I had my normal pill and decided to start bbt and ovulation tests, I had my peak tests yesterday, but I'm struggling to understand my charts, have I ovulated? Is there a chance I could still ovulate? I'm so confused 😖 any help would be appreciated 🥰💙

There's way more variation in temp than you'd expect to see. Do you sleep with your mouth open? Do it same time every morning before moving?

Tbh, I'd just go with the flow for the first few months. Your cycles may not be regular. You may get several lh surges (resulting in multiple positive opks.

Even with a perfect bbt chart, you won't be able to 'confirm' ovulation for at least 4-5 days after the fact.
