Hey everyone - I'm 7 weeks pregnant and over the past 4 weeks I've had 2 dipstick tests and my urine has traces of blood and white blood cells when the Gp dips them in the surgery- so they send them off to be cultured.

The first time the lab results were "in range" and nothing to report - and I'm waiting for the 2nd one to come back. But have no appointment with the Gp and just got to wait for them
To contact me again.

I feel like I'm banging my head against a brick wall With the Gp surgery. How many times are they gonna do this?? Meanwhile my anxiety is building to a panic attack because I looked on google...I'm worried it could be a cancer. No one seems to care that I'm panicking which is surly bad for baby and me.

I didn't think I have any symptoms of an infection - I just thought I maybe weeing more because I am pregnant? Other than that I have no pain - but when I need a wee I have a full feeling but no pain when I go. My temp is at a constant 37.4-37.5 at the moment - which is what prompted the Gp to do the urine

Anyone else had this? I just don't know what to do next or whether this is just one of those pregnancy things?

Hey. Sorry you're worrying.

I had a UTI found at my midwife appointment that I didn't even know I had!
It happens a lot during pregnancy!
Hopefully that reassures you a bit.
Googling always gives the worst answers though.

@SnooperTrooper12345 you're totally right. I don't know why I do it...

I've calmed a little now as I think it's quite normal during 1st trimester. I think I'm just frustrated Confused
