Implantation bleeding

Can't seem to find anything online but pretty sure I had some implantation bleeding (just a few drops of blood bright red when wiping) had the exact same with my first pregnancy too. However I've never had regular periods so I've no idea if I've 'missed' one yet if that makes sense.
Did a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative. Question is when does a pregnancy test become positive when you've had implantation? Should it have been positive yesterday? In which case maybe it wasn't implantation bleeding. Or do your levels only start to rise after implantation has occurred?

It's hard to tell as implantation bleeding can occur even up to 5 weeks pregnant and show as old blood too.
I would however say maybe around a week or 2 after implantation bleeding that a test should be positive if that's what it was

I had implantation bleeding (pink wipe on toilet tissue, not much) for 2 out of my 3 pregnancies. I think both times it was quite late, around day 24-26 of my normally 28 day cycles. I didn’t take a test until my period was late though to avoid going test mad but expect it would have shown up by then.
