I'm 40 weeks pregnant with my 7th baby. I'm very very scared!! Can someone give me positive stories of labour and recoveries after a 7th? How was it? Was it quicker and how was the bleeding. I know people say oh you've done it 6 times already you can do it again but for some reason I'm really scared of it all. My 6th labour wasn't easy and that was only 18 months ago so it's still fresh in my mind!! Please only good stories, i can't bear hearing bad stuff

I’m going to follow just because I am intrigued whether you will have that many companions in having a 7th labour! I’d have thought that’s fairly unusual, in the uk anyway. Sorry you’re feeling scared. It sounds like your body has served you well so I hope you can trust it to again.

Only had four so maybe no help at all here. I was induced with my fourth and my contractions went mad with the second pessary. Everyone panicked. But I didnt. I knew my body and I knew it was all fine and it was, my contractions soon calmed down as soon as I got up to walk to delivery.

Trust that you know when things arent ok and when they are. With multiple deliveries you do get a better level of awareness I think. That's comforting.

Plus afterpains etc was carried from 2nd, 3rd and fourth. 2nd was the worse

How did your previous 6 labours go? I imagine by the 7th, it woild be very straight forward - your body will know the drill!
