Breech Movement?

Hi, I'm 30 weeks and at my growth scan on Friday they told me the baby is breech. I'm not worried- she has time to move- but it's really difficult to track movement! I feel the odd little flick or stomp down below but that's about it. I just wish she would move so I wouldn't have to worry so much! Has anyone else found their breech baby's movement tricky?

I was told last week that the baby had turned transverse...is that breech? Since then I have been struggling with reduced movement, not sure if there is a connection. I have been in for a check of heart rate which was ok, but movements still reduced.

Sorry, just looked and breech is not transverse!

@Inkpaperstars

Have you tried laying on your side for a while after a meam. Properly resting the bump on the bed?
I feel lots of movements that way when she is transverse i think.

@LoveYouHoneybear

Do you think she s not changing positions regularly still at 30 weeks?
Have you tried going on all fours?
Yoga type?

Thanks for replying! She was changing positions pretty regularly but since Friday she's been breech! Although she's now moved from the left to the right, I reckon. With this position though, it's difficult to feel any regular movement during the day... only the odd little stomp down below! I'll try some yoga, that's a great suggestion!

Thanks Sunny I gave that a try and did feel a bit...it’s just stressful when it’s less than before. I am really hoping it is just position.

I can’t believe I thought breech and transverse were the same thing Blush

Hope the yoga works Honey

Everyone was really surprised my baby was breech as she had hiccups so often and I always felt them very low down so assumed that was where her head was. But it was her bottom all along! her head was wedged under my left ribs. She was suspected breech from 31 weeks and it was confirmed at 36 weeks with a scan. When your baby gets even bigger the movements with be very noticeable don't you worry!
