HCG levels

Hi, I found out a few days ago that I’m pregnant I’ve had abdominal pain and cramping and slight bleeding. My first HCG levels where 91 and my results today was 200. Is this a good sign or are they still really low I think I’m about 4weeks 5 days.

I had 196 at 13 dpo and 559 at 15 dpo

If you aren't sure of your ovulation date (opk) i wouldn't rely on individual measures as you could just be earlier than you think.

Were these bloods done 48hrs apart?
If it's the case they are doubling so i wouldn't worry about it.

It also depends on how many days post ovulation you think you are? At 14DPO the optimum hcg level for a successful pregnancy is 100+ but doubling time is also important

So I had my bloods done last Saturday which went to 450 and I have been in today for a scan as my levels should be above 2000 now and they couldn’t see any signs of pregnancy on the scan. I have had more bloods done to get a call this afternoon and maybe need another scan in 2 days and if nothings found then it will be treated as pregnancy of unknown location/ectopic ☹️
