37 weeks... am I close to labour?

Hi everyone,
So basically I’m had a sweep at bang on 37 weeks yesterday (the 3rd) this is due to my baby girl falling below the 10th percentile for her weight. This is my 3rd baby. So far I’ve had no mucus plug or discharge and very little discomfort very mild period pains at best. But today I’ve had non-stop diarrhoea (sorry for TMI) I have literally been 10+ times throughout the day and it’s getting looser. When I last went it started with the worst back pains that spread into my lower stomach. After 30 mins of agony on the toilet the pains have slowly subsided. Has anyone else’s labour began this way? Could it be starting?

If I don’t have baby girl over the weekend I am booked for balloon induction Tuesday.
Thanks in advance xx
