I got up this morning and had a wee - no blood. Went again about 11am and there was a big patch of bright red blood in my underwear. No blood on wiping and it's 6pm now and I have cramps but no bleeding since touchwood.
Is this how miscarriages start? I also have haemorrhoids so at first wondered if it could be those but it look more towards the front.
