Hi, I recently found out that I am pregnant, I’m 20 and this is my first pregnancy. I am 3 weeks so still in very early stages. A week ago I experienced some symptoms like tiredness and moodswings. This week, I don’t feel any symptoms so I’m a bit worried that something might’ve happened. Can anyone give me their advice Or reassurance? Thank you

Firstly congratulations, you might find you have very little symptoms until about 6 weeks. Everyone is different. I'm quite lucky and haven't suffered too badly so far (10 weeks)

Thank you!! I’m just so worried as I don’t have my first midwife appointment until March. So is normal the symptoms to come and go?

Congratulations. Symptoms don't mean anything though.
And you are very early on.
But I've only ever had tiredness and the occasional sore boobs with my 3 babies.
And they've come and gone and back again randomly.
So please don't worry as loss of symptoms alone, unless accompanied by bleeding, don't mean anything

Hi and congratulations! I am 4 weeks pregnant and have no symptoms either apart from tiredness and foul moods here and there! I totally understand the worry especially with it being your first pregnancy (it's mine too) as it's all so new to us and I was worried a bit myself but honestly after doing a bit research I think it's very much normal at this stage. I also don't have a midwife appointment until 10th March which seems like such a long time away and it's over the phone so if it's available to you it may be worth having an early private scan? I'm going to do that just to try and give myself some re-assurance.
