Sore boobs

Hey, I’m in my first trimester and my boobs the last few days have been just SO sore. Does anyone else get this? Should I be concerned? Does anyone do anything to get relief from this? Thanks!

It's completely normal. Definitely no reason to be worried. I've had stages where I struggled to even wear clothes and just the air was hurting them.. Also went through stages of getting shooting pain through them to my nipples.
Something like a hot water bottle on them sometimes helps but not much helped mine.

I'm the same. I got a sleep bra pretty early on cause mine were so sore, it's really helped and I wear one in the day aswell. It's so comfy that I know don't notice my boobs unless I catch them on something.
I have occasional shooting pains and nothing gets rid of those unfortunately but definitely look into some sleep bras.
