Never had these with DS1 but confident I might be having them now at 31wks.
Do they feel like cramps that stop you in your tracks then pass?
Almost like you need to let out wind but there is no trapped wind😆?

I never had them with my previous 2 but I’ve had what I think are them for the last month or so and I’m 33 weeks now. I’ve read they are more common if you have been pregnant before. Do you find they happen more when baby is active? x

@pinklady1207 no not necessarily when baby is active just random bursts of them. I seem to have 2 or 3 happen then it passes completely. Interesting it happens if you’ve had babies before, I guess it kind of make sense...

With my first 2 I never had a single 1.
DC3, had a few towards the end to the point of thinking I was in labour (sadly not still induced at 42wks)
DC4 from mid way, especially if I had been walking and now DC5 (21+4) they've been waking me in the night.

They feel like period pains and are tight. They don't feel like labour at the moment (thank goodness) but they are uncomfortable.

Ive had these the last few weeks and I’ve been told they are a constant uncomfortable feeling/cramping not a pain that comes and goes. If you change positions they should stop. If not could be contractions. The last few days I’ve had about an hour or so of contractions that are far apart that then stop. Apparently that’s also normal but I’m a bit further along than you so not sure if it’s the same for how far along you are. Could you call your assessment team and ask?
