Can anyone help identify the nub?

Hi. I've had a few guesses from people based on the two areas marked on my scan. Can anyone confirm which (if any) is the nub? If the one with the blue line isn't the nub, what else could it be?

I’d say the nub is the pink line but I’m no expert. Not sure what the blue part is.

I keep changing my mind when I look at it.

We don't mind either way but I would like to know what the part with the blue line is.

I'd say based on the Nub theory this little baby would be a girl, the nub is the pink line i think- based on the sonographers explanation of my baby which is also a girl! :)

A few friends asked to see the picture and some said girl while others said it looked like a stacking nub? We're not planning to find out but it got me wondering.

Oo skull theory is a new one. I've just had to Google what that is. There's so many different methods!

I think the first scan picture looks like a boy and the second one looks like a girl - so I'm no help! I'm still trying to get to grips with all of this myself. Hopefully someone will be along shortly with their guess!

The sonographer will need to look at the scan going from feet to leg position to find the nub, not in this position
