Hi everyone. I got my BFP last Wednesday with a clear blue digital showing 1-2 I was 11/12 DPO I think. I did another cheapie test yesterday and it was quite dark (top test 1st pic) then I did another one this morning (2nd test in 1st pic) then another about half an hour after that (third test in 1st pic) they seem to be getting so much lighter. On top of that I took a normal clear blue most recently and that seems quite dark although the cheapie is still really light. I know I probably sound crazy but I'm terrified as I've had a MC before and I'm just getting so stressed. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Thanks 😊🤯

If you keep weeing your urine won't be concentrated enough! X

Hi @eastview

First and formost congratulations on your Bfp!

Secondly for sure that last test will be fain as your urine would have been much more dilute than first morning urine. Having had a couple of misscarriages myself I know the worry. But no amount of testing will change any out come and you have plentyped of positive tests there and no negative! My advice would be if you really want to test again wait a few days and obly use your first wee of the day! But try to relax I know it's not Easy and just enjoy this lovely news.

I wish you all the best in this pregnancy x

Thank you both. It sounds crazy when I say it. I wish I'd never tested today but I'm paranoid 🙈 it's so hard to look on the positive side when you know how heartbreaking MC is. Hate that it's taken the excitement away for me! I think my partner thinks I'm mad 😂 I've asked the GP for bloods and am just waiting to hear back about when! X

@eastview

Aw don't feel bad about it, so many of us have been there and done that it just shows how much we want it. Ttc is an all consuming process and nobody can know that until they struggle. Partners (not all) don't seem to struggle the same with it as it's not their body and I thihk alot of men don't feel the realness of it all until you can see the baby/more physical signs ect.

I know what you mean about it robbing some of the joy of pregnancy. I have had a missed mc and a mc and it does change things I think makes you worry more than if you hadn't but they way I'm looking at it at the moment (I'm 17 weeks) is that for Mc it's almost never the fault of the mother it's just damn statistics and we have just been un lucky but for me every week that passes I'm greatful for and that I feel the more relaxed I stay the better for me and the baby.

If you need to talk at any point feel free to pm me or keep posting on here.

Never feel bad for worrying but also just try to go easy on yourself too!
X

Thank you so much @Emsnewmum that's so lovely and congratulations! It's just so nerve wracking isn't it! I did another 2 tests today and they're dark so I'm not going to do anymore (they're my final 2). Had my bloods done today too so should get the results tomorrow although I'm sure based on these tests it should be okay! I hope you're doing okay! X
