I think it just depends, I've not had many symptoms at all, only some tiredness. But others have a lot of sickness. It can vary from person to person x

Swollen breasts and bloating straightaway. Enhanced sense of smell, loss of appetite 5 weeks. Nausea and fatigue slowly started at 6 weeks. Now 7.5 weeks and the nausea is very strong.

Did your nausea start in the morning? like I have not been being sick but I'm waking up feeling more sick in the morning then I normally do! Also I'm so tired but can not seem to rest😫x
