I am having the best pregnancy... epic morning sickness in the beginning, then doctors said I'm having a giant baby, thankfully I don't have GD, and now ladies, I have the dream scenario of haemorrhoids. Any advice? Blush

Seriously up your fibre and water intake. Anusol and time unfortunately.

... after passing stools, use a bidet / have a shower / use a squirty bottle / use wet wipes, rather than wiping with rough paper.

Anusol suppositories are good.

Urgh, i remember it well, get a cream with anaesthetic, also using an ice pack helps- the glamour!

I’ve had awful piles since 25 weeks. Never had them before. Fortunately they haven’t thrombosed and they’re not that sore, they’re just huge. Now nearly 39 weeks. I take movicol twice a day to keep stools soft, use toilet wipes, use annusol twice a day and when I have a bad flare a week of the anusol with hydrocortisone in (suppositories and cream). Baths daily too. Ice when really bad. They’re just horrible! Don’t think my bum will ever be the same again. X x x

Thanks everyone for all of your advice, I will hit the pharmacy tomorrow and try not to get too red in the face explaining it. Blush
@Muriel84 I hope yours clear up as soon as the little one is born. It sounds like you've had a hell of a time Flowers
