Anyone able to recommend any tips/tricks/tools for sleep?
I'm 34 weeks, I have horrible thoracic pain across shoulder blades which makes lying on left side painful in shoulders and neck, and right side gives me acid reflux! I've tried all manner of pillow combinations, bbhugme, hot water bottle, etc and nothing works!
Anyone sleep successfully in third trimester?
How did you do it? I'm consider trying to sleep upright in a chair next!
