Random puking out my nose?

So tmi sorry but I've just woken up out my sleep puking out of my nose? It skipped the mouth and just randomly started pouring out of my nose?
I don't have heartburn or anything at the moment but can feel it all pooling at the back of my throat.
I'm nearly 36 weeks. Just wondering if it's pregnancy related or something else?
I was in the hospital last week for threatened pre term labour so could it be the start of actual labour?
Weird I know. Any help appreciated!

I don't know sorry! Didn't want to read and run. It sounds horrible. Would sleeping propped up on pillows help? If you're lying down and breathing through your nose I can see how it would come out there. I wouldn't like it to happen because you can rinse your mouth out but not your nose really. Sorry you're experiencing this, I hope it goes away soon.

I do sleep on propped up pillows. It was really random and quite scary! It seems to be going away now but it was really odd 😩 I've now got heartburn coming on so I reckon it's probably all connected. Thank you for your response! Pregnancy really is glamourous isn't it lol x
