Hi all,
Looking for some helpful suggestions of DD+ maternity bras?! I’ve had a quick look online but reluctant to purchase any yet without hearing any good reviews from anyone (so expensive!) the comfier the better...
Pre pregnancy I had a 36FF bust.

I'm also gonna comment to follow this thread. Someone suggested hotmilk necessity bra in another thread. But haven't taken the plunge (haha) yet in purchasing.

I’m 4 weeks postpartum and struggling to find any that fit & are comfortable.

I was a 32GG pre pregnancy and now am a 34JJ/K.

Panache Sophie and Royce Charlotte are probably the best that I’ve found so far (I have literally tried every option/standard Mumsnet suggestion).

For night, I’m trying crop tops instead to see if they work!

Thank you both, I’ll definitely look into the options you’ve suggested! Like I said it feels like an expensive mistake to make with a bra that won’t fit the job Wink

Try Molke, they are all breastfeeding appropriate too. They have a specific calculator to use for sizing, and then 'pixies' available by email.to help. I'm an F and came up as GG on theirs but very supportive for larger busts.
You could check out Fans of Molke FB group first to see reviews.

Otherwise I bought a JoJo maman Bebe one this week, half the price of the Molke but my boobs were left very far apart from each other. So it was comfortable around the band and I will keep it but it's not very supportive/flattering

Oh gosh I need help on this too! I was a 38GG before I got pregnant so I struggle with bras anyway. Just not sure what to buy... I've been living in asda crop tops but I'm spilling out of them now 😂

PragmaticWench · 31/01/2021 23:06

Hot Milk for daytime, crop tops for night.

Thank you for the suggestions. Was 32 f, now 34hh. Love that there are more bras available with a bugger 34 cup, not loving that options are limited for nursing bras above an h!

If you have Instagram, check out mumba bra, they are around £30 each but have amazing reviews, I plan on buying some once I'm a little bit further along xxx

Asda george do bigger sizes and are a good price.

Unfortunately the maternity bras online stop at a g for small back sizes (32 or 34). Good to know for post baby though.

I am a similar size to you and have the basic M&S ones which I find okay but they're nothing special. Mine are a bit old as I've had them over 2 years since pregnant abs I was thinking today I might order some new bread so I might look at the suggestions above too

Pregnancy I was a 28-30DD-E at about 18 weeks I grew out of my existing bra collection, I switched to bralets (m and s size 8 DD+ bralets for ~32DD. They also have a G+ bralet and possibly one in between too. They lasted me until about 32 weeks when I switched to basic nursing bras from Asda size small without the padding for 32E+. These saw me through the end of pregnancy and the first few weeks until my supply settled down. They are now my night bras. I bought 2 Freya nursing bras at 4-5 weeks postpartum and they fitted true to my measurements

ALew15 · 02/02/2021 13:57

I'm 34 weeks and I've struggled through with 2 soft M&S nursing bras in a 36G. I sleep in a boohoo crop top. Reluctant to buy many more expensive nursing bras as I'm unsure on sizing once baby is here, imagining my boobs are going to balloon...
