Hey I have terrible indigestion, I feel like I have food stuck in my chest 24/7. I wake up feeling like I’ve had a 3 course meal and it’s the same when going to bed. It’s ruining my days and was wondering if anyone can advise me on what to take to make it go away? I’ve read about Gaviscon but which one?

Thanks in advance, I’m only in week 5 x

@FruitLoopzz Hi lovely, I suffered badly too. Peppermint capsules really helped me, lots of water. And there is also a stronger version of gaviscon “advance” which you can through the doctor. I remember it having a red label but couldn’t buy it in the chemists. So maybe speak to your doctor xx

Prescriptions are free when you're pregnant so definitely a good idea to go to the doctor

I have the same and only 4 weeks.
I had bad indigestion through my last pregnancy and ate gaviscon like smarties

I am exactly the same 8 weeks pregnant. If you don't mind me asking what have you resulted in taking to help ease indigestion?
