HELP! Baby’s movements

I’m 26+2 weeks and have felt an increase in my baby’s movements, I feel she wriggles and jerks a lot lately to the point where I feel her the second she wakes up all throughout the day. I was wondering wether she was stressed because of the sudden increase in movement. I had an appointment with the midwife yesterday due to a different complications as my skin was itchy so I went and got bloods taken and blood pressure but she also felt around my belly, measured my bump and checked baby’s heart rate and she said everything was perfectly fine and as it should be. So should I still be worried about the increased movement if the midwife has only recently just said she’s doing perfectly fine in terms of the checks she had done? If there was any concerns it would just be the same checks right?

Babies movements will increase until around 32 weeks. They get into a pattern around 28 weeks. If you are ever worried about movements call the midwife, but sounds like you just have an active little one growing well
