Nub theory...help

We find out what we’re having next week but wondered if anyone could help as we have had a few people say to us what they think and I’m really bad at knowing what to look for!

Any ideas?

I know some people say about the skull theory too but I find it impossible to see either. Perhaps it’s not a very clear scan. I should mention I was 13 weeks here
