May be a very silly question but I am 16wks pregnant and today my breasts feel like they are on fire - Getting a very strange 'burning' sensation all the time and it's quite painful! Any ideas on what it could be? It is a different type of niggle to when then are sore when they are touched/proded. I've asked my mum and she never experienced this so I'm a bit in the dark.
