Quick one - am I 3 weeks or 5 weeks?

First day of last period was 29th December. 33 day cycles.

NHS Due date checker says I'm 3w. My apps all say I am 5w pregnant.

I find it so confusing 🙈

Generally midwives will go by last period and a 28 day cycle which would make you 4 weeks pregnant yesterday. It’s all estimated until your dating scan anyway

Dates are calculated from 1st day of last period until you have a dating scan confirm an estimated due date based on size of baby.
