Melted ice cream

Hi ,

My partner and I just picked up a ice cream. Half way through I looked at the ice cream and cone and could tell it had melted at some point and the cone had gone stale.

I'm 8 1/2 weeks pregnant it was a cornet to.

Is there any risk , I'm a little concerned.

I'm sure you'll be ok, its melted ice cream that has been refrozen that can carry a risk of listeria
