Trying to concieve

Hi everyone. I had my implanon removed the last day of my period 13th jan.. i have been regular with my periods all way through having implanon. Me and my husband straight away started TTC as that was the high chance time... it is now 2 weeks since we started trying and for the last 7 days i have had tummy cramps and nipples are tender and my montgomery tubercle glands on my areolas are my bumpy and prominant.. my period is not due until 5th feb (10 days time) and today i am getting that achy pain you get in lower tummy when period is due... this will be my first so have no clue if these signs are pointing to pregnant and ahould i wait til a missed period to do a test?
Advice please?

Thankyou my periods due in 9 days but i usually get a lower ache the day before i start my period and thats it but ive has tummy cramps like tingly pulling cramps near my belly button and lower abdomen area for nearly 2 weeks now x

Hey guys I know rhis is an old post I can't figure oit how tk start a new thread.
But I jus wanted some help iv 10dpo and yesterday i took a frer along with some sainsbury cheapies and they all.came bqck with a faint line within the time frame just wanted to ask am.i seeing things right could I be pregnant been trying for almost a year

@jjunaki100 the frer definitely has a line, I'd retest tomorrow to be sure but looks promising
