Round ligament pain

Hiya,

I’m 19 weeks and have been suffering with aching in my lower abdomen and lower back . Ive seen that this could be round ligament pain. Has anyone had experience of this being an ache / dull period pain?

Hi this is a little late but I’m 17 weeks and I have this too, how did you get on do you know anything to ease it, I had it when I was 12 weeks and it went away and come back now, it worry’s me sometimes and makes me feel down xxx

Can you visit the Pelvic Partnership website as there's a possibility this is not round ligament pain. Pelvic girdle pain can often be successfully treated with manual therapy by an experienced practitioner. If this is what it is, the sooner you get treatment the better. I wouldn't wait around for the NHS to help if you can afford to go privately. Pelvic Partnership have a list of recommended practitioners. If your symptoms seem to match, please follow it up quickly.
