7mths pregnant and awake all night with a aching pain

right round my lower abdomen. It just feels tender and bruised although doesnt hurt to touch. I couldnt get to sleep all night has its been so uncomfortable for my belly and its just been aching.

It could just be more ligaments stretching but if it carries on or you are in a lot of pain go to the Midwife/see the GP. Better to get it checked out now than worry all day for nothing.
