uterine artery doppler Scan

I had my anomaly scan at 20+4 yesterday
Baby looked all good and we found out it's another girl for us .
She is measuring fine etc.
As part of my scan I had a uterine artery doppler scan as with my daughter 5 years ago I had pre eclampsia at 34 weeks and was induced at 35 weeks for it.
She was fine . A normal weight for her gestation.
My left artery doppler showed all was ok but my right artery doppler was off the scale high.
I'm on 150mg aspirin since 8 weeks pregnant as well.
Just feel really worried that maybe my placenta will stop working as it should and cause problems even earlier than it did last time.
I will be having extra 3rd trimester scans.
I can't really understand why the right one is showing resistance when I'm on aspirin which should help blood flow.
According to a midwife it's both added together though and not a single one alone that matters but even my left is on the higher side of normal .

Try not to worry about it until the next scan. Line were off the chart (higher than yours) at 28 weeks and the gradually decreased over time and they're almost normal now at 36 weeks. Nothing is guaranteed obviously but keep taking the aspirin and hopefully yours will go down too!

@higglepiggley mine were both off the chart at 1.21 and 1.28 but as they were under 2.5 i was told this is quite normal and I wasn't even offered any extra scans, even though i had pre-eclampsia in my first pregnancy. Baby was on 19th centile. I would say yours are quite normal and will likely decrease as pregnancy progresses. High dopplers lead to more 3rd trimester scans, which you are having anyway, as baby is a normal size I wouldn't worry at all.
