Pregnant soonish after c section?

Nc’d for this. Help....I have a feeling I am pregnant. I’m only 9 months post c section so I am panicking. I am fully prepared to be told this is my fault (it is) and I’ve been stupid (I have). I haven’t taken a test but I have a feeling (I can describe if needed but tmi really) that I had early days both times before.

Panicking because 1) I’ve had pre-eclampsia in both prev pregnancies and was hospitalised last time. 2) I have 10 month twins 3) the high risk of scar rupture.

Has anyone else been in this situation (pregnant much earlier than advised after a section or twins followed by another baby in under 18 months)?!

My consultant told me to wait 12 months so although it’s not ideal, it’s not like you’re only 6 weeks pp. You may have slightly higher risk of complications but chances are that you will have a healthy pregnancy. Congratulations x

Number 2) would be the main concern for me tbh! Sorry. It might be hard work but in the future the small age gap might be nice. And it’s not a ridiculously small gap...

I had an emergency c section & 13 months later another, so pregnant within 4/5 months.
No one mentioned not to be, no risks mentioned & everything was totally fine. No problems whatever having two sections within the year (almost).
Good luck they’ll be a dream once the youngest is 2- all grow up together. Mine are now 9 & 8.

I had four c sections within four years. I was never told to wait but it will largely be down to the health of each individual woman and their uterus.

Ok this is making me feel a bit better, thank you all. DH is not going to be happy :(.
If you returned to work in between babies, how did that go? I am due back at the start of May and feel uncomfortable going back visibly pregnant. I know I’m jumping ahead of myself here...
