How long did it take your local hospital to follow up with you once you submitted the Self Referral form? I am roughly 8.5 weeks and filled the form in last week...

MW appts were arranged via GP. Called at 8 weeks and got an appt at 9+2. Self-referred to hospital after MW appt. Got my scan appt through in the post sometime in the 11th week for 12+1 weeks. Fun explaining that last minute absence to work... it was a lot easier in the days when the boiler could break and you had to stay at home for the gas man and no-one used video conferencing to check!

I did a self referral at roughly 5 weeks, I forget if it took 2 or 3 days for the hospital to contact me, they booked an appointment in for me for about 8.5weeks.

I was told it would take 5 working days to contact me, were you given any timeline? I know another trust was 10 working days. If not I would probably follow up with them by Wednesday this week, as you want to make sure you get your scanned booked too.

I made appointment with GP for referral to for midwife. I'd actually call someone this week - (GP or hospital?) and find out because there are some screenings that need to take place before 10 weeks if you are wanting to get them.
