Charting temperature (ttc)

I'm just wondering if anyone can help me. I've searched google and youtube but I've no answers.

So, I've starting trying to track my waking temperature each morning so i can figure out when I've ovulated etc and i just mainly want to understand what is happening in my body (quite fascinated 😂)

Anyway all the charts i have on apps books etc all start from 36 degrees c or 96 degrees f.
I'm in the first few days of a new cycle (period) and my temps have been around 35.8 degrees so theres no option any where to input my reading.
Do i round it up to 36 or do i panic and start to think there is something wrong 😂

I check my temp during the day to make sure the thermometer is working etc and I'm around 36. 5 during the day. I'm just puzzled to how i can chart my temp if theres no range for 35 degrees. Has anyone had this issue before?

Use fertility friend. That allows you to add temps manually

Use fertility friend. I have no problems inputting temps at 35. Something. Pre ovulation I range from 35.80 to 36.30.

@TTCROYGBIV @LemonDrizzle44
Thank you both. I'll have a look at that one. Of all the ones I've checked, that wasn't one 🙂

@Rachyb87 fertility friend is probably the best, but Femometer, Ovia and Clue also let you manually input temps!

My basal temp is 35.8 too, goes to 36 after ovulation.

I use the ovuview app, you can put lower temps on that fine.

(I use it to avoid, but think it has a ttc setting too)

I also had the same 'problem'! I use 'Read Your Body' app which allows you to input manually, but I also found that checking my temp at a regular time in the morning (as soon as I wake up) and right under my tongue has given me a higher temp reading and more regular too.

Fertility friend is the best app. Go through their menu and take the free charting course they offer as well.

It's not as pretty as some others but it works properly without gimmicks getting in the way.

Definitely use Fertility Friend - even once I started putting temps in I was still a bit confused and thought there wasn't much of a trend - but conceived first month using it and looking back at the chart now it is glaringly obvious when I ovulated and implantation! x
