I had my gallbladder out in 2019 and I’m currently 38 weeks with my second. The cramping is pretty normal in early pregnancy as everything starts to grow and move, the passing of stools could be another pregnancy symptom as I had terrible sickness and diarrhoea for the first 12 weeks this time. Couldn’t eat or drink anything without it coming back out.
Could you have a UTI maybe?
