Labour clothes

Hi,

Does anybody have any website recommendations for labour clothes? I’m mainly looking for nightdresses for labour and after birth, as well as comfy dresses to wear before and to go home in. I’m due in April.
I’ve been looking online for what seems like hours but everything is either ridiculously expensive or sold out!
If it was normal times I’d go to primark but even if they do open, I’d rather not go shopping in ‘real life’ if I can help it!

Thanks in advance :)

I had this very issue last week!!! In the end I got a couple of lovely maternity/nursing nighties (button up front too) from Bon prix for great price and they arrived the next day!!! Worth a look as like you I found others very expensive

Haven’t heard of them before so I’ll take a look...thank you :)

I think I used a couple nighties from Tesco and my husband's dressing gown

I don't generally shop in Asda, but I found some great nighties with button fronts in there.

After my births, I wanted joggers rather than a skirt or dress - it just helped me feel a bit more covered with the massive pads and ongoing blood loss.

Just to add, in active labour I was naked apart from a bra (rather ample, they are a danger if not strapped down) as it was so hot and anything on my skin was irritating.
Just a long t-shirt will do in a pinch.
Have a google for 'button front nightdress' and you should find plenty of maternity and non maternity suitable ones.

Maybe I’ll pack my maternity jogging bottoms as well as dresses then (if I can find suitable dresses!) - this is my first baby so finding it hard to know what I’ll want to wear after the birth! I found some lovely ones on Asda but they were sold out!
Tescos / F&F don’t seem to sell their clothes online anymore that I can see :(

I agree with the pp saying about comfy trousers because it feels better having the double maternity pads and big pants covered up sometimes.
