Preterm labor- how long did after slowing down did it start back up again?

Hiya.
Im34+4
So on Thursday I started having contractions for about 6 hours and then they went. Yesterday I had more and we're getting closer together and stronger so I came to the hospital. They did the test to see if I was going into early labor and it came back at 70 (50-500 Is a positive result)
I was put on steroids and given a drug to slow.fown the contractions which they have stopped now and they have stopped giving me the drug.
My question is, how long did it take from having the drug to go back into labor? My understanding is that they really just want to bide me time for the steroids to work.
Curious more than anything as I would like to try to keep her in a little longer!

Hi can't really answer how long as when I had my son Prem there was no stopping him. But I've seen both ends some it gives a few hours/ day some weeks.
