Since i have been pregnant, im too worried to go on top because before pregnancy he would touch my cervix, IYSWIM? now im too worried just incase that happens and something goes wrong with the baby. i have tried 'supporting' myself but have bad knees....What does everyone think? Would it be ok or best to avoid?

i actually find it more comfortable! But then again im 36 weeks now!

JARM me & DH were in fits Saturday night at my attempts to get up there (38 weeks), although I think he thought I was laughing a little too hard & at him at one point. They are so sensitive aren't they poor souls.
Scorpio go with what feels comfy & if it hurts or you feel nervous stop. If you haven't had previous problems I don't think it should do any harm.

Hey scorpio, if you're worried at all, i wouldn't bother just choose something that you won't even think about - we on't need anything else to put us off during pregnancy

RGPargy · 29/10/2007 20:12

DP can still manage to get on top and i'm 36 weeks! It is more comfortable for me to be on top, but i just cant be bothered to move

Jbck · 30/10/2007 14:25

RGPargy you've an energetic toyboy on the go, he should be doing all the work

derahCula · 30/10/2007 19:42

Maybe doggy style? I seem to remember that's what worked best for us is pregnancy last time.

spookykitty · 30/10/2007 19:43

what about spoons?

3madboys · 30/10/2007 19:52

def doggy style or spoons, but if you have sex on the sofa, sitting with you are only just on the sofa and lean back iyswim? and then your dh can kneel between your legs, that has worked for us during pregnancy, it doesnt have to be a sofa, if you have a dining rm table you can lie or sit on it and your dh can then stand. iyswim?

If it feels uncomfortable or your concerned don't do it like that, chances are you wouldn't enjoy it anyway as you would be worrying in the back of your mind.

Have a play around and find out which way suits you best - and have lots of fun searching for the right position for you
