Leaking Urine

Hi,

Apologies if this post is tmi but i’ve noticed the last few weeks my underwear is constantly damp, i thought it was discharge but it smells like urine. Is this normal?

I don’t feel any of the leaks happen and its not when i’ve coughed of sneezed etc it’s just always damp and smells like pee.

I’m now super paranoid that I stink of pee and other people can smell it.

I’m 37 weeks now and have to admit i’ve hardly done any pelvic floor exercises which i am now regretting!

I'm 36, and if I sneeze or laugh too much a tiny bit comes out. You're so close, don't even worry about this minor symptom x

This is quite common, especially as you’re near the end of the third trimester - my physio classes advise doing pelvic floors exercises 3 times per day. I’d start now and continue after birth. I barely remember myself so have to set reminders on my phone 😬

I need to wear a liner every day. For some reason I don’t leak at night! But yea, join the club!
