Help with HG

Hi ladies iv suffered really badly with HG and i know at somepoint i will be asked to stop my anti sickness medication, im 16 weeks on sunday and i have managed to cut right down to only taking it first thing. Anybody thats suffered with it when did they ask you to stop? I want to come off them but i dont know if its all in my mind that as soon as i stop il go right back to being a crying heap on the bathroom floor.

I took it twice a day the whole pregnancy- I was the same I couldn't function without it and was quite anxious about running out as I would have been back to vomiting constantly within a few hours. The doctor might want to see if you're feeling better enough to cut down/ stop but they shouldn't let you go back to vomiting all the time and getting dehydrated so if that's how you end up if you don't have your medication then you need it to be prescribed still.

Oh did u? Iv had mixed answers from people outside mumsnet saying it would need to be stopped by 20 weeks and that you shouldnt be taking them your whole pregnancy. I really dont feel like i can stop taking them but i felt better enough in myself to cut them down from 3 a day to sometimes 1/2 a day it really depends on how i wake up
