19 Weeks and completely drained!

Hi,
I’m 19 weeks with my first baby and I’ve been furloughed due to the pandemic. I previously worked out 5 days a week but with gyms shut that’s also stopped.
I’ve started to feel really drained both mentally and physically, I am tired but sleeping is a struggle.
Any suggestions for what I can do to feel slightly more awake?
Thanks

Can you download some home workouts (pregnancy friendly?) or put them on YouTube? I find that an early morning walk helps me to wake up. Fresh air, plenty of water and a hobby that keeps your brain going?

I cross stitch and I am going to learn how to crochet (although I am working from home at the moment) but there are plenty of other productive things you could pick up?

Rest when you need to as well xx

Thanks! Yeah I’ve been doing home workouts and yoga daily....
It’s just soo draining it’s hard when I am so used to having an abundance of energy.
I guess I just wanted to make sure it’s ‘normal’

Oh its absolutely normal, I felt absolutely exhausted in weeks 1-15, then got a bit of energy, and now, im 19 weeks on Saturday and I dream about sleep!

I'm hoping it eases up a bit, but then again, not really leaving the house isn't doing anyone any favours x

Ahhh that’s good to hear! All I read says you get a burst of life again in the second trimester but I was not feeling like that at all...
yeah staying in Defo makes it harder!
